Google Webmasters Search Console- Account ( free0 - give google away to directly communicate with you in case you have violated their rules, provides you information what keywords are being used to find your website on search.
Backup System (optimal, off-site - at least 2 copies of your site from different days.)
Rich Structured Data - code which tells search engines if this is a product, recipe, article, etc.
The website should be responsive ( work on all devices: desktops, laptops tablets, phones, etc.) to do this it should have AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) or a PWA (Progressive Web Application) or an APP so it loads quickly and efficiently on mobile devices
SSL - Security Certificate (free or paid)
Privacy Policy ( sample form BBB https://www.bbb.org/sacramento/for-businesses/toolkits/Sample-Privacy-Policy/) and User Agreement ( template to create https://www.termsofusegenerator.net/sample-terms-use-website/) you may wish to have it reviewed by an attorney
GDPR Compliance for privacy required for Europe and probably soon in US
